Note
- Reward Setting:
- 1. Administrator can modify reward ceriteria settings for services for service providers
- 2. To achieve a level for ex siliver level
- 3. Service providers has to complete minium 13 trips
- 4. Service providers must have overage rating >4.00
- 5. Service providers must have cancellation rate>70%
- 6. Service providers must have cancellation rate <30%
- 7. All the above ceriterias must be completed within the active campaign duration.
- Campaign Setting:
- 1. Administrator ca add/modify and schedule campaigns.
- 2. Only a single campaign will be active during a specific duration.
- 3. Once a campaign is active the administarator ca only extend the end date
- 4. Administrator can cancel any campaign at any time.
- 5. The campaigns becomes inactive after it's duration is over.
